CLEANING APPLICATION
Coffee roaster cleaning services
Coffee roaster cleaning services using dry ice for selected oils and roasting deposits. Review the model, components, access, and planned maintenance scope.

Coffee roaster cleaning by component and deposit
Start with the roaster make, model, production use, and the areas needing attention. Describe the visible buildup and the equipment manufacturer’s maintenance or cleaning instructions.
Dry ice cleaning is used for selected coffee oils and roasting deposits on accessible equipment. The proposed scope should identify each component rather than treating the roaster, ducting, and exhaust system as one undifferentiated cleaning task.
Identify what is accessible
Provide overall photographs and close-ups of the proposed cleaning areas. Identify accessible drum surfaces, cooling components, external equipment, or other areas you want reviewed.
Show coatings, seals, controls, openings, and sensitive components. Confirm who removes covers or parts, how equipment is isolated, and how it will be presented for cleaning.
Keep exhaust and specialist work explicit
If the concern involves exhaust ducting, a cyclone, afterburner, concealed deposits, or a ventilation problem, include that information at the start. Each system needs its own access and scope review.
Do not assume an equipment-cleaning visit includes duct inspection, mechanical repairs, fire-system work, or certification of the roasting system. Identify which contractors and facility staff are responsible for those tasks.
Define the test and the handback
Agree on a representative deposit, the surface to preserve, and the inspection points before a test. Record the response and any remaining residue or inaccessible area.
Identify residue collection and the facility’s follow-up cleaning, inspection, and production-release steps. A completed deposit-cleaning scope should not be treated as a substitute for the manufacturer’s maintenance procedure.
Plan repeat roaster maintenance
Record the component list, operating conditions, and deposit pattern to support scheduled maintenance cleaning. Use pricing and project scope to separate the initial cleaning from repeat visits.
For other equipment, explore food-processing equipment cleaning and the food and beverage industry page. Request a review with the model, photographs, location, and work window.
